- Director: means the director of commerce and consumer affairs. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 514E-1
The director shall appoint a time share administrator, who shall not be subject to chapter 76, to administer this chapter. The administrator shall be responsible for the performance of the duties conferred upon the director by this chapter.
