Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-7428

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
state lottery: means the state lottery established and operated pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 67-7404

There is hereby created in the dedicated fund of the state treasury, the state lottery account. The state lottery account is continuously appropriated to the state lottery for the purposes of operating the lottery and fulfilling its objectives.
