Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 205 ILCS 620/5-11

  • Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
  • Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
  • Summons: Another word for subpoena used by the criminal justice system.
     A corporate fiduciary shall be reimbursed for costs which are reasonably necessary and which have been directly incurred in searching for, reproducing or transporting books, papers, records or other data of a customer required or requested to be produced pursuant to a lawful subpoena, summons, warrant or court order. The Commissioner shall determine the rates and conditions under which payment may be made.
