Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 215 ILCS 5/37
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The corporate name of any company organized under this Article shall contain the word “Mutual” and shall not be the same as, or deceptively similar to, the name of any domestic company, or of any foreign or alien company authorized to transact business in this State.
