Any insurance company authorized to write vehicle insurance in this State, as authorized by clause (b) of Class 2 and clause (e) of Class 3 of Section 4, shall have power to issue group vehicle policies. Group vehicle insurance policies shall be subject to the filing requirements of Section 143 and shall include the provisions required by Sections 388c through 388f of this Code. A group vehicle insurance policy that provides liability coverage shall comply with the requirements of § 7-317 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
