Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 425 ILCS 8/25

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     To ensure compliance with the performance standard specified in Section 20 of this Act, data from testing conducted by manufacturers to comply with this performance standard shall be kept on file by the manufacturers for a period of 3 years and shall be sent to the Office of the State Fire Marshal upon its request and to the Office of the Attorney General upon its request.
