Indiana Code 13-24-1-8. Application of IC 4-21.5 to determinations, notices, hearings, and appeal determinations

Sec. 8. IC 4-21.5 applies to:

(1) determinations;

Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.

(2) notices;

(3) hearings; and

(4) appeal determinations;

under this chapter.
