For details, see Ind. Code § 35-50-2-6 and Ind. Code § 35-50-3-2 (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally makes a material, false statement in a document filed or required to be filed under this chapter, with the intent to deceive the recipient of the document, commits a Level 5 felony.
Sec. 58. (a) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates a provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not specifically provided commits a Class A misdemeanor.
