- wireless communications service: means services, whether mobile or at a fixed location, that are provided using wireless facilities through licensed or unlicensed spectrum. See Indiana Code 8-1-32.3-12.5
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “antenna” means any communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio signals used in the provision of wireless communications service.
