insured: means an individual who is entitled to coverage under a policy of accident and sickness insurance. See Indiana Code 27-8-24.2-1
policy of accident and sickness insurance: has the meaning set forth in IC 27-8-5-1. See Indiana Code 27-8-24.2-3
prosthetic device: means an artificial leg or arm. See Indiana Code 27-8-24.2-4
