Terms Used In Iowa Code 326.6
- Fleet: means one or more apportionable vehicles designated by a registrant for distance reporting under the plan. See Iowa Code 326.3
- Vehicle: means any vehicle as defined in chapter 321. See Iowa Code 321H.2
The department may determine the sum total amount of registration fees necessary to register each and every vehicle in a fleet based on the annual registration fees prescribed in chapter 321.
