515.13 Reservation.
The provisions of § 515.12, subsection 5, shall not apply to any company that had organized and was approved by the commissioner of insurance, but which had not completed its organization on May 28, 1937. § 515.12, subsection 5, also shall not apply to any company licensed to issue policies prior to May 28, 1937.
