LAR: ...

My husband was injured in the line of duty(police) and had to take a disability retirement due to a TBI. The city had a wc ins policy that was good for 2 years or $250,000 whichever came first. This policy paid for medical care, transportation and my wages to take him to his appointments as he is unable to drive. After the 2 years the city is responsible for the injury and they are refusing to pay mileage or my wages. Are they required to pay these expenses and does the Alu O'Hara law apply for my husband. It has been 2 years 8 months since his injury and his doctors have told us he will not return to any kind of work. Thank you
