Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 17-7699
- Contribution: means any cash, property, services rendered or a promissory note or other obligation to contribute cash or property or to perform services, which a person contributes to a limited liability company in such person's capacity as a member. See Kansas Statutes 17-7663
- Member: means a person who is admitted to a limited liability company as a member as provided in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 17-7663
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The contribution of a member to a limited liability company may be in cash, property or services rendered, or a promissory note or other obligation to contribute cash or property or to perform services.
