Kansas Statutes 28-148. Fees to be uniform in state

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

All fees provided for in this act shall be the same in each and every other county in the state, thereby making them uniform throughout the state.
