Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-2c22
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of insurance. See Kansas Statutes 40-2c01
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The provisions of this act are supplemental to any other provisions of the laws of this state, and shall not preclude nor limit any other powers or duties of the commissioner under such laws, including, but not limited to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 40-222b and 40-3605 et seq., and amendments thereto.
