- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The provisions of this act are supplemental to any other provisions of the laws of this state, and shall not preclude nor limit any other powers or duties of the commissioner under such laws, including but not limited to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-3605 et seq., and amendments thereto.
