Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-4114
- Commissioner: means the insurance commissioner of this state or the commissioner, director or superintendent of insurance in any other state. See Kansas Statutes 40-4101
The commissioner is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations relating to risk retention groups as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
