Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-5112
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of insurance and any authorized designee of the commissioner. See Kansas Statutes 40-5103
Whenever an insurer is found to be in violation of any provision of this act, the commissioner shall proceed under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-2,125, and amendments thereto.
