Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:112.3

A.  Aiding and abetting the fraudulent portrayal of a law enforcement officer or firefighter is the inciting, soliciting, urging, encouraging, exhorting, instigating, or assisting any other person to commit the crime of fraudulent portrayal of a law enforcement officer or firefighter.  For purposes of this Section, “law enforcement officer or firefighter” shall have the same meaning as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 14:112.2.

B.  Whoever commits the crime of aiding and abetting the fraudulent portrayal of a law enforcement officer or firefighter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
