Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1768
- Limited licensee: means a person or entity authorized to sell certain coverages relating to the rental of vehicles pursuant to the provisions of this Part. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1762
No limited licensee pursuant to this Part shall advertise, represent, or otherwise hold itself or any of its employees or agents out as licensed insurers or insurance producers.
