Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 609.269

  • Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44

(1) for the purpose of terminating a pregnancy; and

(2) with the consent of the pregnant individual or the pregnant individual’s representative, except in a medical emergency in which consent cannot be obtained.
