1. In this Article unless the context otherwise requires:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 104.2103
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) ’Buyer’ means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods.
(b) ’Receipt’ of goods means taking physical possession of them.
(c) ’Seller’ means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods.
