A person who receives an endorsement to teach in a field of specialization relating to computer literacy and computer science may request a reimbursement for the cost of the course work required to receive such an endorsement from the board of trustees of a school district or governing body of a charter school that employs or will employ the person.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 391.365
- Charter school: means a public school that is formed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 388A of NRS. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
