1. A provider of foster care that places a child in a foster home shall:

- Child: means a person who is less than 18 years of age or who remains under the jurisdiction of a court pursuant to NRS 432B. See Nevada Revised Statutes 432.010
(a) Inform the child of his or her rights set forth in NRS 432.525, 432.530 and 432.535;
(b) Provide the child with a written summary of those rights; and
(c) Provide an additional written copy of the summary to the child upon request.
2. A group foster home shall post a written copy of the summary described in subsection 1 and the summary of the process for filing a grievance described in NRS 432.548 in a conspicuous place inside the group foster home.
