The Board shall issue a license to operate an existing barbershop upon receipt of such application and fee if the applicant complies with the applicable provisions of this chapter.

- Barbershop: means any establishment or place of business where the practice of barbering is engaged in or carried on. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- Board: means the State Barbers" Health and Sanitation Board. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
