Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 202-A:23
- Donor: The person who makes a gift.
- Library trustees: shall mean the governing board of a public library. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 202-A:2
Nothing in this chapter shall preclude the library trustees from accepting, receiving, investing, and administering directly any trust funds and donations when so specified by the donor. Library trustees administering and investing such special funds shall be governed by the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 31:25, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 31:25-d, and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 41:6.
