Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 275-F:12
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Whenever possible, this chapter shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq. and the federal regulations and court decisions interpreting that to the extent the provisions of federal and state law are the same.
