Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 17B:17-22
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Nothing in this act shall be construed to negate any law of this State permitting the issuance of any policy form after it has been on file for the time period specified.
