Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:18A-43
- Board: means the board of education. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- District: means and includes any local school district, consolidated school district, regional school district, county vocational school and any other board of education or other similar body other than the State board, established under the provisions of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:18A-2
Repairs of all school buildings shall be supervised by the business manager of the district, if there be one, as provided by N.J.S. 18A:17-28, but if the district has no business manager, the board may delegate such power to any appropriate officer of the board as provided by N.J.S. 18A:16-1.2.
