- District: means a school district. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to alter any existing school district boundary or to alter any district’s eligibility for federal funds pursuant to Pub. L. 81-874, 20 U.S.C. § 237 et seq. or similar subsequent legislation.
