Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:60-15
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
This act shall apply to full-time faculty members employed in any State or county college notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S. 18A:60-1, 18A:64-21 and 18A:64A-13.
