Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:62-19
- Higher education: means that education which is provided by any or all of the public institutions of higher education as herein defined and any or all equivalent private institutions. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
4. A student enrolled in a public institution of higher education on a full-time or part-time basis may elect to substitute an elective course offered by the institution with the literacy tutoring program for the same number of credits.
