Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:66-170.2
- Board: means the board of education. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- Employee: includes the holder of any position or employment. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- Higher education: means that education which is provided by any or all of the public institutions of higher education as herein defined and any or all equivalent private institutions. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
Any employee enrolled in the alternate benefit program who is subsequently deemed to be eligible for enrollment by the Board of Higher Education pursuant to this act is permitted to continue his participation in the program from the date of his original enrollment.
