Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 26:1A-56
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The regulations contained in the present State Sanitary Code shall continue with full force and effect until superseded pursuant to sections seven and eight of this act.
