New Mexico state university and the university of New Mexico may contract with other institutions of higher education located within the state and federal research laboratories, as needed, for required services pursuant to the provisions and purposes of the Indian Resources Development Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 21-10-4 to 21-10-9.
