§ 23-2721. Judicial review.

- Department: means the department of environmental conservation. See N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law 23-0101
Any act, omission, determination or order of the department or of any officer or employee thereof, pursuant to or within the scope of this title, may be reviewed in accordance with Article 78 of the civil practice law and rules.
