New York Laws > General Business > Article 33 > § 690 - Violations and penalties

ยง 690. Violations and penalties. Any person who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation issued thereunder shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
