Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 58-85-35
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. - Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
The North Carolina State Firefighters’ Association shall manage the Firefighters’ Relief Fund as a prudent trustee of the funds, subject to Chapter 36E of the N.C. Gen. Stat.. (2014-64, s. 1(e); 2016-51, s. 6.)
