Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 58-88-30
- Association: means the North Carolina Association of Rescue and Emergency Medical Services, Inc. See North Carolina General Statutes 58-88-1
- Fund: means the Rescue Squad Workers' Relief Fund. See North Carolina General Statutes 58-88-1
The Association shall withhold twelve percent (12%) from the money received pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 20-183.7(c) for the administration of the Fund.
