Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 89B-6
- Board: means the State Board of Registration for Foresters, provided for by this Chapter. See North Carolina General Statutes 89B-2
- seal: shall be construed to include an impression of such official seal, made upon the paper alone, as well as an impression made by means of a wafer or of wax affixed thereto. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
The Board may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 150B of the N.C. Gen. Stat. for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of the proceedings before it. The Board shall adopt an official seal. Any member of the Board may administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses appearing before the Board.
The Board may establish fees, subject to the maximum amounts prescribed by this Chapter. (1975, c. 531, s. 6; 1998-157, s. 1.)
