ORS § 125.221 and 125.240 do not apply to a financial institution, as defined in ORS § 706.008, a trust company, as defined in ORS § 706.008, or the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator in proceedings under ORS § 125.675 to 125.691. [1999 c.774 § 5; 2017 c.310 § 9]
