For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS § 181A.195, the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator may require the fingerprints of an employee of the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator, an applicant for employment with the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator or a volunteer or party under contract with the Oregon Public Guardian and Conservator. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 125.681

  • Conservator: means a person appointed as a conservator under the provisions of this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 125.005
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Guardian: means a person appointed as a guardian under the provisions of this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 125.005
