If any provision of ORS § 24.260 to 24.335 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of ORS § 24.260 to 24.335 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 24.260 to 24.335 are severable. [1991 c.202 § 17]
