(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2) of this section and ORS § 137.707 (6), when a person is waived for prosecution as an adult, the person shall be waived only on the actual charges justifying the waiver under ORS § 419C.349 or 419C.352, as the case may be.

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
