Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 558.010
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(1) ‘Department’ means the State Department of Agriculture.
(2) ‘Person’ includes any public or private corporation. [1953 c.654 § 1; 1955 c.61 § 4]
