South Dakota Laws > Title 13 > Chapter 60 > § 13-60-6 - Assays and tests made at mining experiment station--Charges
Current as of: 2010 Assays shall be made at such station for the citizens of this state on ores and minerals to determine the percentage of valuable contents at a nominal charge only, the charge to be fixed by the Board of Regents; also tests on a working scale to determine the most suitable method of treatment at a nominal charge only, to be determined by such board.
