Terms Used In Tennessee Code 49-1-707
- Department: means the department of education. See Tennessee Code 49-1-702
- Student data: includes :
(i) State and national assessment results, including information on untested public school students. See Tennessee Code 49-1-702
Any collection of student data by the department existing on July 1, 2014, shall not be considered a new student data collection in accordance with § 49-1-703(6)(A).
