Terms Used In Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 58.157
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This subchapter does not affect:
(1) a victim’s responsibility to provide documentation of stalking under § 92.0161, Property Code; or
(2) a person‘s power or duty to disclose the documented information as provided by Subsection (j) of that section.
