- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commissioner shall:
(1) monitor the operations of a facilitator to ensure compliance with this chapter; and
(2) receive and investigate complaints against a facilitator or a person acting as a facilitator.
